● Go to Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > IVR Settings
● Click the Business Hours tab
● Set your work hours
● Under After Hours:
○ Choose Forward calls to external number
○ Enter your VoiceValet number
● Save it

● Scroll to Call Handling & Forwarding
● Find the Missed Call Handling section
● Choose Forward to another number
● Put in your VoiceValet number
● Optional: Only forward if line is busy or unanswered for X seconds
