include call handling, message taking, appointment booking, and call forwarding, depending on your
configuration.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use our services. By using VoiceValet,
you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any activity under your account.
4. Billing and Payments
VoiceValet offers both subscription-based and usage-based billing. All payments are processed securely
through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees on time
- Allow automatic recurring billing (if applicable)
- Contact support@voicevalet.com to cancel or change plans
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit spam, harassing content, or any misleading messages through our system
6. User Content
If our service allows you to upload prompts, messages, or other content:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to use it as necessary to deliver the service
- You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
7. Service Availability & Modifications

We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceValet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or if required by law. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law
principles. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify users by updating the effective date and, where
appropriate, providing email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
